Our recruitment process is generally performed over three steps but can be adapted to your needs and the specific role – our objective is to provide full transparency through the entire process and to recruit profiles depending on experience at different levels (Experienced, Lead, Senior).


In a first discussion we like to understand the motivation candidates have to join Altersis Performance and provide candidates an precise picture of role our consulting engineers have at our customers sites.


As a Performance- or System-Engineer at Altersis Performance Solutions a wide range of technical skills are often required. In this second discussion candidates are questioned by an experienced Senior Consultant on different technical challenges.


During the final interview candidates have the opportunity to execute a use-case simulating the daily work of our consultants and engineers. The final interview will be perfomed with your future team leaders and/or line-manager.
